The Athlete

I've spent twelve years learning how the body actually responds to training — long before anyone was watching. In bodybuilding the work nobody sees is the part that matters: the weighing, the timing, the discipline between sessions. The stage is the easy ten minutes at the end.

That patience paid off. At my first-ever competition I won my category and took the overall Classic Physique title at the IFBB Balkan Semi-Pro in Istanbul. Now I bring the same precision to the people I coach — whether they want to step on stage or just look and move like an athlete.
